Jill Bestor
Jill is principal owner & business manager of Bestor LLC.
Jill grew up in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. She moved to Alaska to work for Barrack Gold, largest gold company in the world, Donlin Gold (subsidiary), in remote Alaska as an Environmental Specialist for 10 years. Jill is OSHA compliant certified officer. Moved to SWFL for warmer weather and beaches. Jill is excited to be a member of SWFL community. Jill likes to fish and travel. Graduate from Southern Oregon University with BA in Geography with minor in Economics.
Chad Bestor
Chad is owner and qualifying agent, CGC1532266, for Bestor LLC.
Chad grew up in SE Minnesota on a small farm, working at his family plumbing business. After his stint in the military, he moved to Alaska for 25 years. After working as a building supply outside salesman for 5 years, he then opened his construction business in 1997. In 2007 received his Alaska General Contractor license and built new custom homes, restaurant, automotive shop, funeral home, as well as extensive remodels and renovations. Moved to SWFL 2019 for the warmer weather and a new adventure. He is very proud to offer his experience and abilities to this beautiful SWFL community. Chad likes to fish, hunt, and travel. Graduate from University of Alaska, Veteran US Army.
